The Cork F.I.T.C.E card was issued free of charge to delagates at the FITCE (Federation of Telecommunications Engineers of the European Community) conference in Cork in 1988. This card is very interesting as it is an official overprint of the GPT 1000 unit test card. This card was programmed with 100 units.
This card was also sold in Dublin briefly.
