This test card was used to test Autelca cardphones. The Autelca magnetic cards were using during the Limerick Callcard field trial of 1989. This card has a generic design, one of which has been used worldwide on different service cards (Germany as an example).
It would be impossible to know if these cards were encoded for use in Ireland.
